Recruitment Associate – Participant Sourcing for Global Video Project

About the role

We are seeking proactive and results‑oriented Recruitment Associates to help source participants for a worldwide Face Motion Video Project. This freelance position allows you to work remotely, leveraging your existing networks and online communities to meet fast‑moving recruitment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit eligible participants using LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social platforms.
• Share accurate project details, registration links, and participation instructions.
• Explain eligibility criteria, answer basic questions, and guide participants through registration, eKYC verification, and application.
• Track recruited participants via a unique referral link and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, report challenges, and work toward defined targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, outreach, or community management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑up abilities.
• Access to professional networks, online communities, or candidate databases is a major advantage.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
