Country Lead: Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand

About the role

The Country Lead for Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand is responsible for shaping and executing a nationwide talent strategy that attracts, engages and retains top talent. This senior position partners with business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with corporate objectives while strengthening the employer brand and EVP.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement country‑wide talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, leveraging diverse sourcing channels and digital recruitment solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, assessments, background checks and offer negotiations to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, market trends and compliance requirements, using data‑driven insights to refine talent strategies.
• Collaborate with People & Culture partners to facilitate onboarding, cultural integration and employee experience initiatives.
• Develop and activate employer branding campaigns, translate the global EVP to local contexts and build networks of brand ambassadors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast‑paced environment, preferably within the beverage or manufacturing industry.
