Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme activities. The role will ensure inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated through Africa‑EU space cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across all programme activities.
• Ensure inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities within the Africa‑EU space cooperation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes, including gender analysis and sex‑disaggregated indicators.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
