People Operations Intern

About the role

Join our People Operations team as an intern and help shape the future of HR while gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, process design, and employer branding. This remote, three‑month internship offers exposure to modern People Ops practices and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Research and summarize HR best practices and talent‑management trends.
• Create reports, content, and presentations for leadership review.
• Support the implementation of new internal processes and workflows.
• Contribute to social‑media marketing efforts for the Culturelligence brand.
• Collaborate across functions on diverse projects.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a BBA, MBA, or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or recent graduate with strong interest in HR).
• Interest in Agile PeopleOps and modern talent‑management practices.
• Available for a three‑month remote, unpaid internship.
