About the role

The Lead Talent Acquisition will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, and drive employee engagement initiatives. This senior position ensures a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance and delivering data‑driven recruitment insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Collaborate with line managers and senior leaders to develop proactive workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates across multiple channels, maintaining strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding at both OPCO and Group levels.
• Monitor and improve key TA metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
• Prepare and submit weekly Talent Acquisition trackers, monthly/quarterly recruitment reports, and maintain up‑to‑date recruitment dashboards.
• Lead employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture‑building events.
• Analyze engagement data, recommend improvement plans, and support inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, corporate governance, and internal policies throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition functions in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
• Deep knowledge of compliance requirements and HR governance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems and applicant tracking platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards).
