About the role
We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales Specialist to drive our market presence in Malawi. Based in Blantyre, you will work closely with partners and clients to grow sales and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Support partners and clients to expand their local market footprint in Malawi.
- Follow up with clients to replenish inventory on time and assist with order placement, cargo loading, customs clearance and related procedures.
- Monitor local market dynamics, collect first‑hand information and provide timely feedback.
- Develop new clients with strong distribution capabilities to improve the overall customer quality structure.
- Maintain strong cooperative relationships with existing clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales.
- In‑depth knowledge of Malawi’s FMCG market, including key industry players and market regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining large key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent in English for business communication.
- Permanent resident of Blantyre.
