The Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs will lead the organisation's marketing, brand, communications and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives. This senior role drives brand visibility, supports growth, and oversees the execution of marketing campaigns and stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing, brand, communications and customer engagement strategies in line with business goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Manage and protect the organisation’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms, measuring impact and value for money.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and suppliers, adhering to service levels and budgets.
• Support internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement and brand reputation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights, providing recommendations to senior management.
• Develop digital marketing capabilities and drive customer‑focused engagement initiatives.
• Lead internal marketing and employee engagement programmes to reinforce organisational culture and brand advocacy.
• Track and evaluate marketing performance using agreed metrics and reporting frameworks.
