Digital Marketing Officer (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Blantyre, with flexibility to work from home for some tasks. In this position, the officer will plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to support brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse audience trends.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate content and messaging with creative teams.
• Manage social media calendars and engage with online communities.
• Support sales initiatives through digital channels and nurture prospects.
• Recommend data‑informed improvements to marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate campaign goals and results.
