Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International seeks a Non-Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, contributing to stronger cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support knowledge management activities related to the partnership.
• Produce editorial and communication materials.
• Enhance visibility of the programme through various channels.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms.
• Disseminate policy and technical content to stakeholders.
• Assist in policy dialogue and institutional partnership support.
• Contribute to strengthening cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; French and/or Portuguese knowledge is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content, case studies, digital platforms and EU‑compliant visibility material.
• Experience in space or STI sectors is a plus.
