Growth & Marketing Lead (Remote)

About the role

Opei is seeking a Growth & Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and expand its customer base across emerging markets. This remote position will shape and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and support the company’s fintech services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire new users and retain existing customers.
• Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow Opei’s social media presence across platforms.
• Identify partnership opportunities and new growth channels.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results, and continuously improve campaigns.
• Contribute to building Opei’s brand in multiple markets.

Required profile

• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics.
• Ability to design and execute growth strategies independently.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work is a plus.
