About the role
We are looking for motivated interns to join our Agile People Operations team. This remote internship offers hands‑on experience in HR, employer branding, and modern talent‑management practices while collaborating with a dynamic, cross‑functional group.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct research on contemporary Talent Management and HR practices.
- Create content, reports, and debrief materials for the leadership team.
- Assist in the internal rollout of new processes and Agile PeopleOps frameworks.
- Promote the Culturelligence brand on social media through targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with teammates from various functions to provide operational support on diverse projects.
- Work closely with senior leaders on additional initiatives that drive company growth.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA, MBA, or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong interest in Agile People Operations and modern HR practices.
- Motivation to develop skills in Agile PeopleOps or Agile HR.
