Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. Working remotely from Malawi, you will introduce our services to marketing executives across the United States, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers in the U.S.
• Engage with titles such as Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify leads by asking thoughtful questions and identifying good fits.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes, and follow‑ups.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑plays, and coaching to continuously improve sales skills.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English that is easily understood by U.S. customers.
• Confidence speaking with senior decision‑makers over the phone.
• Active listening and ability to ask insightful questions.
• Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
