Kiosk Retailer – Community Food Kiosk Manager

About the role

We are looking for caring, hardworking individuals to operate GGEM food kiosks in communities across Malawi. As a kiosk retailer you will act as a trusted advisor and seller, ensuring every customer feels respected, cared for, and valued while purchasing essential food items.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage a GGEM food kiosk in your local area.
• Sell products such as rice, beans, groundnuts, and other staples with honesty and professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service, treating every customer with respect and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and payments.
• Monitor stock levels, keep the kiosk clean, and ensure an attractive presentation.
