Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our remote sales team. As a Junior Sales Development Representative you will introduce our services to marketing executives across the United States, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers in the US.
• Engage with titles such as Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify prospects by building rapport, asking thoughtful questions and identifying good‑fit clients.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑plays and coaching to continuously improve sales skills.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English that is easily understood by US customers.
• Confidence speaking with senior decision‑makers over the phone.
• Active listening and ability to ask insightful questions.
• Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• Curiosity about businesses and uncovering opportunities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for CRM upkeep.
• Fast learner who quickly grasps new products and sales techniques.
