People Operations Intern

About the role

Join our People Operations team as an intern and help shape the future of HR within a dynamic, remote environment. This three‑month, unpaid internship offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, talent management research, and internal process implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Research modern HR and talent‑management best practices.
• Create reports and content based on research findings.
• Support the design and rollout of new internal HR processes.
• Develop and execute social‑media marketing activities to build the employer brand.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams on diverse projects.
• Provide support to leadership on strategic HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a BBA, MBA, or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Recent graduates with a strong interest in Agile People Operations.
• Motivation to learn Kanban workflow tools and Agile PeopleOps concepts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Kanban workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).
