Partnership Management Analyst

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Partnership Management Analyst to provide financial and administrative support for its implementing partners. The role ensures compliance with donor and organisational requirements while strengthening partner capacity in grant financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial submissions from partners, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor partner compliance with sub‑agreement terms, donor regulations, and internal policies through regular reviews and spot checks.
• Prepare audit‑ready documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Follow up on discrepancies in partner financial reports and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate partner funding requests and scheduling.
• Participate in financial and operational assessments of new and existing partners.
• Deliver financial management training and workshops to build partner capacity.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners, providing guidance on reporting timelines and donor requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with program and grant teams to embed financial compliance in proposals and agreements.

Required profile

• Experience in financial oversight, donor compliance, or grant management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with program, finance, and partner teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
