Logistics & Procurement Specialist (Remote - Malawi)

About the role

HelpAbroad Konect is seeking a proactive Logistics & Procurement Specialist to support clients across Malawi and other African markets. Working remotely, you will research global products, prepare quotations, and coordinate shipping processes from international suppliers to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight, courier and other logistics flows, track shipments and provide updates.
• Research products in the USA, China, Japan, Europe and other markets, compare prices and verify quality.
• Prepare clear, professional quotations and communicate order status via website, WhatsApp or email.
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotations and shipment stages.
• Provide regular status reports to management.

Required profile

• Strong internet research ability and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in logistics, shipping or procurement, preferably with online shopping platforms.
