The Country Lead for Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand is responsible for shaping and executing a nationwide talent strategy that attracts, engages and retains top talent. This senior position partners with business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with overall business goals while strengthening the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.

• Build sustainable talent pipelines, succession plans and workforce strategies for future readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to deliver inclusive, high‑performing recruitment solutions.
