About the role
We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, film, edit and publish engaging content across all major platforms while driving audience growth and interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
- Produce high‑quality videos and photos using a smartphone or professional camera, and edit reels, TikToks and static posts.
- Manage community engagement by monitoring channels, responding to comments and direct messages, and fostering interaction.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.
- Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
- High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
Required skills
- Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
