SEO/SEM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives, boosting visibility and ROI across major search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and improved user experience.
• Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives, and SEO performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links, keyword strategies, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup supply to ensure zero downtime during work hours.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
