Sales & Service Representative – Mangochi

About the role

VITALITE Malawi is seeking an energetic Sales & Service Representative to join its growing team in Mangochi. You will be the face of the brand, delivering products to customers, building lasting relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VITALITE products to customers across the Mangochi region.
• Provide on‑site service and support, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales records and basic accounting documentation.
• Travel daily on a motorcycle to reach clients and distribution points.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to meet sales targets and improve market coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing with a record of achieving targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics and English.
• Professional, proactive, highly organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and making on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Valid motorcycle licence with demonstrated riding experience.
