Sales & Service Representative – Mangochi

About the role

VITALITE Malawi is seeking an energetic, results‑driven Sales & Service Representative to join its growing sales team in Mangochi. You will be the front‑line ambassador for VITALITE products, building strong customer relationships and driving growth in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VITALITE products to customers across Mangochi.
• Provide on‑site service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and expand the distribution network by identifying new sales opportunities.
• Collect and report sales data, market feedback, and customer insights.
• Travel daily on a motorcycle to reach clients and service locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing with a record of meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics and English.
• Professional, proactive, highly organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and making on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Valid motorcycle licence with demonstrated riding experience.
