Sales & Service Representative – Chitipa

About the role

VITALITE Malawi is seeking an energetic Sales & Service Representative to join its growing sales team in Chitipa. You will be the front‑line ambassador for VITALITE products, driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring service quality across the community.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VITALITE products to existing and new customers.
• Visit client sites on a daily basis using a motorcycle.
• Provide after‑sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance against targets.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics and English.
• Professional, proactive, highly organized and able to multitask.
• Independent decision‑maker comfortable working on the road.
• Valid motorcycle license with proven riding experience; candidates without a license will not be considered.
