Sales & Service Representative – Chitipa

About the role

VITALITE Malawi is seeking an energetic Sales & Service Representative to join its growing sales team in Chitipa. You will be the front‑line ambassador for VITALITE products, driving sales and ensuring customers receive top‑quality service in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VITALITE products to existing and new customers across the Chitipa area.
• Deliver product demonstrations, answer queries, and provide after‑sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end‑users.
• Collect orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Report sales activity, market feedback, and any service issues to the distribution manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or marketing with a record of meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics and English.
• Professional, proactive, highly organized, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and making on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Valid motorcycle license with regular riding experience; candidates without a license will not be considered.
