Project Manager – Maternal and Newborn Health

About the role

Seed Global Health is looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead the implementation of a consortium‑driven initiative that strengthens maternal and newborn care in Blantyre and Lilongwe. The role will coordinate technical activities, partner engagements, and government liaison to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day coordination of project activities across two health clusters.
• Facilitate facility upgrades, workforce capacity building, and referral system improvements.
• Manage community engagement efforts and ensure robust monitoring, evaluation, learning, and adaptation processes.
• Maintain seamless communication between Seed Global Health, consortium partners, and the Malawi Ministry of Health and Sanitation.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing health‑related projects in low‑resource settings.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
