Mobile Supervisor

About the role

The Mobile Supervisor oversees security operations across multiple sites, ensuring that staffing levels meet contractual obligations and that safety standards are upheld. This role combines field patrols, incident reporting, and coordination of security personnel to deliver a safe environment for clients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill contractual manpower requirements and produce coverage reports.
• Conduct regular site patrols and mobile security checks.
• Lead Parade Meetings and manage uniform turnout for security officers.
• Prepare and submit incident reports in a timely manner.
• Engage with customers to address security concerns and maintain service quality.
• Oversee workforce management, scheduling, and shift allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
