Fund Administrator – Data Management (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Fund Administrator – Data Management will ensure accurate and timely updates of monthly pension fund contributions and premiums for our clients in Blantyre. You will guide administrative processes, support their implementation and help maintain high data quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Update contributions and premiums for pension funds on a monthly basis.
• Maintain an upload success rate of at least 96%.
• Handle additional financial transactions and related office administrative tasks as assigned.
• Prepare and distribute monthly performance and compliance reports.
• Respond promptly to client queries regarding fund data.
• Maintain audit files and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Perform any other duties related to fund administration as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
