Finance and Administration Manager

About the role

Development Media International (DMI) is seeking a motivated Finance and Administration Manager to join its Malawi team. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will work closely with both the Malawi and UK teams to ensure the organisation’s finances are managed effectively and in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate recording of all DMI Malawi transactions and timely reporting in line with DMI policies and processes.
• Manage accounts payable and related financial activities.
• Collaborate with the Malawi and UK teams to support financial planning and administration.

Required profile

• Motivated professional with experience in finance and administration.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Strong commitment to DMI’s mission of improving health outcomes in low‑income countries.

• Full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
