Data, Economic & Impact Analyst

About the role

The Non‑Key Expert will support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme by conducting data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data and economic analysis for the programme.
• Carry out monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and evidence synthesis.
• Monitor indicators and produce results reports, including dashboards and performance reports.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) or impact assessments, with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
