Client Service Executive

About the role

The Client Service Executive will manage a portfolio of insurance clients, handling underwriting, claims, relationship management and sales activities. The role focuses on driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Daily servicing of client portfolios, including issuing closings, alterations and invoice/credit notes.
• Review insurance policies and endorsements to ensure they match client instructions.
• Conduct regular client meetings to keep them informed of portfolio developments.
• Register and process all reported claims with insurers and support uninsured loss recoveries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation and networking.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk, customise solutions and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Diploma in Insurance from CII, ISA, ZII or similar; a bachelor’s degree in business administration with at least two years’ insurance experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of short‑term commercial insurance products, markets and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients, brokers and underwriters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
