Ecommerce Manager – Online Sales & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and expand our online sales operations. You will own the ecommerce platform, enhance the customer journey, and drive revenue growth through data‑informed strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the ecommerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Monitor site performance, user experience, and coordinate order fulfillment with logistics and customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with marketing on email campaigns, social media, SEO, and paid advertising; plan promotions and product launches.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales trends, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with developers, designers, suppliers, and external partners to align ecommerce activities with company goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or a related field.
• Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms and online retail operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
