Main Missions

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, ensuring a consistent candidate flow.
• Achieve measurable hiring targets on a bi-weekly basis to support rapid company scaling.
• Optimize job postings and manage candidate tracking through platforms such as Indeed.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones with precision.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for all new hires.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and throughput.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset to meet weekly objectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
