About the Role
Join a fast-growing, AI-powered healthtech startup and play a pivotal role in shaping our future. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will drive our growth by managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and ensuring we attract top-tier talent in a dynamic, remote environment.
Main Missions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, ensuring a consistent candidate flow.
- Achieve measurable hiring targets on a bi-weekly basis to support rapid company scaling.
- Optimize job postings and manage candidate tracking through platforms such as Indeed.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones with precision.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for all new hires.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and throughput.
Profile Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset to meet weekly objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
