ATM Management Services Supervisor

About the role

The ATM Management Services Supervisor leads daily ATM operations, ensuring service level agreements are met and cash availability is maintained across all locations. This role combines operational leadership, financial oversight, and risk management to deliver uninterrupted ATM services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily ATM management operations, allocate resources, and schedule cash replenishment to meet SLA targets.
• Lead cash reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and guarantee 100% financial accuracy.
• Coordinate high‑volume cash logistics, forecast demand for holidays and peak periods, and prevent service downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Group Mandatory Security Principles, regulatory requirements, and internal cash controls.
• Manage and mentor a team of ATM Custodians, providing training and performance support.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect assets.
• Serve as primary contact for banking clients, maintaining service excellence and strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in banking, logistics, or security.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
• Strong analytical thinking with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
