Workshop Foreman – Maintenance & Planning

About the role

The Workshop Foreman will lead the planning and organisation of all workshop activities, ensuring efficient use of manpower and cost‑effective maintenance of vehicles and equipment. This position is central to maintaining operational standards and supporting the overall productivity of the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks for vehicles and equipment to maximise workshop efficiency.
• Inspect and test vehicles and equipment to verify compliance with operational standards.
• Order and manage spare parts and components required for maintenance activities.
• Monitor manpower utilisation and adjust resources to meet workload demands.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and parts inventory.

Required profile

• Proven ability to organise and prioritise workshop tasks.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting and testing equipment.
• Capability to manage parts inventory and procurement processes.
