Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Mamaland, a Mota-Engil Group company, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. The role coordinates and oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and accurate inventory. It covers planning, organizing and controlling daily activities such as receiving, storage, picking, shipping and distribution, while keeping safety and quality standards and improving logistics processes. The supervisor also acts as a link between the operational team and management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse team, promoting its development, training and motivation
• Ensure correct receipt, storage, dispatch and inventory of products
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Ensure quality control of unloaded materials
• Manage the human resources under their responsibility

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proficiency in English is essential
• A valid international driving licence is preferred
• Availability for mobility

• Inventory management, occupational health and safety standards and warehouse logistics
• MS Office and SAP tools
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
