Sales & Service Representative – Kasungu

About the role

VITALITE Malawi is seeking an energetic Sales & Service Representative to join its growing sales team in Kasungu. You will be the front‑line ambassador for VITALITE products, driving sales and delivering service directly to customers in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VITALITE products to existing and new customers.
• Provide on‑site service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Travel daily on a motorcycle to reach customers across the Kasungu area.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to meet sales targets and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing with a record of achieving targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics and English.
• Professional, proactive, highly organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and making on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Valid motorcycle licence with demonstrated riding experience.
