Field Facilitator

About the role

The Field Facilitator supports food and cash assistance programmes, working directly with vulnerable communities to ensure timely distribution and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage food and cash distribution to registered beneficiaries, coordinating with communities and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and end‑of‑project reports to the District Coordinator and donors.
• Organise community meetings to discuss implementation, challenges and solutions, and consolidate feedback from monitoring, gender, protection and nutrition sectors.
• Maintain accurate commodity accounting records and ensure all forms are updated as required.

Required profile

• Mature, self‑starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• At least 1‑2 years experience in a related humanitarian or logistics field.
• Willingness to travel and live in difficult, security‑risk areas.
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Committed Christian able to participate in daily devotions and weekly chapel services.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle.
