About the role
The Field Facilitator supports food and cash assistance programmes, working directly with vulnerable communities to ensure timely distribution and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage food and cash distribution to registered beneficiaries, coordinating with communities and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and end‑of‑project reports to the District Coordinator and donors.
- Organise community meetings to discuss implementation, challenges and solutions, and consolidate feedback from monitoring, gender, protection and nutrition sectors.
- Maintain accurate commodity accounting records and ensure all forms are updated as required.
Required profile
- Mature, self‑starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- At least 1‑2 years experience in a related humanitarian or logistics field.
- Willingness to travel and live in difficult, security‑risk areas.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Committed Christian able to participate in daily devotions and weekly chapel services.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
