About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role focuses on first‑level support for a home‑based online travel platform, handling inbound and outbound interactions in French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
- Manage cases, including modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and complaint escalations.
- Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions while maintaining accurate records.
- Analyze call data and share customer feedback with internal teams.
- Stay updated on platform changes and collaborate through clear documentation.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual environment.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
- Stable broadband connection and a wired USB headset.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
- Salesforce.
- Windows 11 (or later) or macOS 14 (or later).
- USB headset for voice communication.
