Workshop Foreman

About the role

The Workshop Foreman oversees and coordinates daily operational activities of the workshop and fleet maintenance function. The role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and meets quality and cost standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise skilled and semi‑skilled artisans in workshop tasks.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance activities to maximise vehicle availability.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) requirements.
• Monitor work quality, timelines and cost control.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to the workshop team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workshop supervision or similar maintenance leadership role.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance processes.
• Ability to lead teams and enforce safety and quality standards.
