About the role

We are seeking a Multi-Client Processing & Quality Control Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality seismic data products across our global portfolio. Based in Oslo, you will oversee processing quality, ensure timely delivery, and align outcomes with commercial and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality control and delivery of multi-client seismic processing projects worldwide.
• Manage partnerships and client relationships throughout the processing lifecycle.
• Ensure data is delivered on schedule, meeting the highest technical standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into commercial value.
• Oversee licensing frameworks and multi-client data management.

• Strong background in seismic processing and multi-client data environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to bridge technical specialists, commercial teams, and clients.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
