Triple Elimination Technical Lead

About the role

Pact is launching a new activity in Malawi under the ACHIEVE project, funded by the U.S. Department of State. The role focuses on accelerating the triple elimination of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B while supporting maternal, newborn, and child health and nutrition services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in designing, coordinating, implementing, and supervising triple‑elimination activities at facility and community levels.
• Ensure integration of triple‑elimination interventions with ongoing MNCH and nutrition activities.
• Lead operationalization of commodities management, health‑workforce deployment, and health‑information‑system strengthening related to the triple‑elimination model.
• Collaborate with ACHIEVE technical, monitoring, and evaluation staff to align activities and document outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior technical professional with experience in HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate disease‑specific activities into broader maternal and child health programs.
• Experience working in low‑resource settings, preferably in sub‑Saharan Africa.
• Strong understanding of health‑information systems and commodities management.
