Sales Executive

About the role

Gestetner Ltd is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Lilongwe office. You will be responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships for the company’s ICT solutions and office equipment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional market.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts.
• Conduct sales visits, product presentations and demos.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Follow up to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account‑management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Basic understanding of ICT products with a willingness to learn technical details.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, ICT or related field preferred.
• Valid driving licence and readiness to travel.
