About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will turn complex web data into clear insights that drive marketing strategy, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, and manage tag‑management solutions like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau for stakeholder KPIs.
- Partner with marketing and development teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
- Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations, identify data gaps, and resolve tagging issues.
- Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and craft data‑driven narratives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup capability.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) expertise.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) proficiency.
- Experience with Looker Studio / Data Studio and Tableau.
- SQL knowledge (a plus).
- Basic HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation.
