Network Technician – Install & Support Network Infrastructure

About the role

We have four openings for Network Technicians to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidates will install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for our clients. The position is full‑time and based in Blantyre, Malawi.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure network equipment including switches, routers, and access points
• Run structured cabling and fiber optic installations
• Configure and maintain network security systems
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Provide on‑site technical support to clients

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or Networking
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with network infrastructure deployment
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
