Global Applications & Mobility Advisor (Remote)

About the role

HelpAbroad Konect is looking for a Global Applications & Mobility Advisor to guide international clients through university admissions, scholarship applications, visa preparation, career documentation, and relocation processes. This remote position supports candidates across Africa and worldwide, ensuring smooth transitions to education and employment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable universities and programmes for clients.
• Prepare and submit admissions and scholarship applications.
• Review essays, personal statements and supporting documents.
• Assist with global job and internship placement preparation.
• Guide clients on visa document readiness and embassy checklist compliance.
• Provide weekly progress updates using the internal CRM and admin portals.

Required profile

• International mindset with strong cultural awareness.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
• Detail‑oriented, ethically grounded and disciplined with deadlines.
• Commitment of 1.5‑2 years and at least 50 % weekly availability.
• Stable high‑speed internet, personal laptop, and strong written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in at least one area such as study abroad, scholarships, recruitment, visa processing, global HR, or academic advisory.
