Factory Assistant – Production Support (2 positions)

About the role

Tropical Paints is seeking two hardworking and reliable Factory Assistants to support daily factory and production operations in Malawi. The role involves moving and arranging goods, keeping the work area clean, organized and safe, handling materials carefully, and strictly following health and safety procedures. Candidates must be able to read and speak English and be comfortable pronouncing chemical names.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily factory and production operations

Required profile

• Age: 25–40 years
• Previous factory, warehouse or similar experience is an advantage
• Ability to load, unload and move goods safely
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures
• Hardworking, reliable and punctual
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Able to read and speak English
• Able to read and pronounce chemical names
