About the role

A leading FMCG company is hiring an experienced Shift Production Executive to oversee its Soya Chunks/Pieces manufacturing plant in Malawi. The role covers the full shift across oil expellers, extruders, dryer coolers and packaging lines.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end shift operations across oil expellers, extruders, dryer coolers and packaging lines.
Drive production targets while maintaining strict product quality and safety standards.

Required profile

Degree in Food Science, Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the soya or extruding industry.
Good English communication skills.
Age below 35 years.

What we offer

Salary of USD 1,200 per month.
30-month bachelor status contract with 21 annual leave days.
Free furnished bachelor accommodation, transport, medical and visa support.
Return air tickets every 15 months.
