About the role

Join FedEx as a Courier working in ground operations. You will be responsible for safe and timely pick‑up, delivery, and dispatch of parcels both domestically and internationally, supporting our hub and station processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑road pick‑up and delivery of packages, including international and domestic shipments.
• Handle dispatch, sorting, ramp, and packing activities at stations and hubs.
• Provide customer service during each interaction, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
